Our team has grown since those early years. As the President of CTSi, one of the important trademarks throughout our expansion has been the quality of our team. We love technology! But what we’re passionate about is helping our clients. That’s where the fun starts! When our clients experience their technology working with and for them—not against them, we get excited!
We take the trust our clients place in us very seriously. We work extremely hard to engineer solutions around the unique needs of our clients. We stress over the details so our customers don’t have to. We look through the lenses of best practices and allow this to guide the quality of our workmanship. We take the time to get to know our clients and what success means to them.
Recently we worked together as a team to rethink our mission. Who is CTSi? What makes us who we are? What do we want our clients to experience as they engage with us? This was really hard work, but we found it valuable, sobering, haunting and invigorating. I like to call it our banner: Extraordinary Collaboration - Liberating Results. It’s a reminder that our relationship with our clients and our commitment to helping them make the best technology decisions, together, yields results that free our clients to pursue their passions and achieve their goals. That’s why we do what we do, still, after 20 years.
